Maybe I'm wrong, but when the focus is in the outline pane, there are two
different possible bevhaviors of the Insert and Delete keys:
1. the user is actively editing a headline: Insert and Delete should behave
like in an editor.
2. the user is navigating in the outline: Insert and Delete should behave
as described in this thread.
Do you account for this, or is editing a headline a separate focus from
editing the outline?

A screen cast might be an overkill if the keys behave as expected (by many
other experienes).
