I have ferreted out the problem. Under the @data qt-gui-plugin-style-sheet node in the "Tree" node, I had to change the first "QtreeView" to "LeoQTreeWidget#treeWidget" to get the font size and colour to work for me. Similar to changing QTextEdit to QTextEdit#richTextEdit to get both font size and colour to work for the body.
