Thanks for this. Rev e28a220 adds it to leo/themes with *very important*
modifications:
1. Put the theme in a @settings node, so it becomes active when loaded.
2. Changed @solarized-base to @dark-base everywhere, including definitions.
This theme does *not* use solarized base colors!
I also added test nodes.

To my knowledge, *everything* can be themed.
I'll investigate myself when I can. It should not be necessary to supply
widget names to get styling to work.
