There's your unreasonable fear of human nature (as dark) again. I disagree with your dark prediction. Especially since you make no qualification on "mothers will be killing", implying "all" mothers. It's the myth that social freedom will bring chaos.
_____ < The issue is tough, unique, marginal, and endlessly contentious - but that is precisely why to leave legislation and enforcement out of it and leave the burden on the shoulders of the mother.. If you do that, mothers will be killing their one week premature babies claiming that they still are parasites. Yet today, the youngest baby every born to survive was born at 4.5 month of pregnancy as opposed to the normal 9 month. Saying that this is none of my business would only support such crimes.
