I disagree. If I own a store, a stall or a kiosk, that market belongs to me.
I am morally entitled to sell what I wish no matter where I get it from. That
is my property rights.

I will admit that it is true for our current state of affairs, but I completely
disagree that your position is a libertarian one. How is it a libertarian
position that you have a right to infringe upon my property rights? Do I not
own my life and its associated vessel - my body? Am I not entitled to use my
talents and abilities to sustain my life? If I am "God of my Body" does it not
follow that i have similar rights to make the decisions concerning the product
of my life and body- my property, with out the interference of an uninvolved
third party?

You state that your position is a libertarian one. Prove it! Prove that the
so called "American markets" belong to Americans and that there is a collective
right to decide who can sell and what they have to pay for the right and how
much.
