Al Gore had more than half a milliion votes more than Bush, and it's no coincedence that the only state in which there was a dispute was the only one in which his brother was the governor. Also, Gore won the state of Florida too. That much is indisputable now.

He got his campaign contributers to build voting machines that can't be traced and corrupt elections officials to use them to rig the election like Katherine Harris did in Florida.
