John Hospers is being anything but rational and anything but
libertarian.

He suggested people vote for bush, he supports the war in Iraq, and
now once again, his stanse is on the opposite side of an issue from
from what is consistent libertarianism. John Hospers doesn't make
libertarian arguments.

Perhaps he once did, but his senile, foolish, and extremely
unlibertarian actions have robbed him of having even the slightest bit
of credibility.

LIBERTARIANS SUPPORT OPEN BORDERS.

We should be offering our support and doing it vocally. I fully
intend to do this in my campaign, especially since my district is 47%
Hispanic.

This is most certainly not an "invasion" anymore than the 1.5 million
Irish (A higher percentage of the total population at the time than
Mexicans now) were an invasion, or the Italians, or the Polish, or the
Germans, or the Dutch, or the Chinese, etc. All of them were called
"invaders" by people being paranoid who feared competition back then, just as
the Mexicans are being called now.

The Mexican illegal aliens are absolutely no different than the
European immigrants who came here during the Industrial Revolution.
The only difference is the unconstitutional immigration laws we have now.

When most of our ancestors immigrated here, they merely had to get on
a boat, show up, and sign their names on a piece of paper. This is
all that the Mexican immigrants should have to do.
