in the face of such well-based opposition, is being VERY
argumentative.
*"more disastrous". ???
Any disaster is a direct result of our mistake. Yet you would
apparently use said disaster to support continuing the mistake.
Your logic has a flaw/circle the size of Texas.
The solution is to pull out. (I thought I already said that.)

{American jurors have complete Constitutional authority to vote
"not guilty" based on nothing more than a disagreement with the
case, no matter the evidence - despite the judge's instructions.
There is absolutely no obligation to vote "guilty" to arrive at a
unanimous verdict. Get on a jury, stand your ground, and fulfill
its other main purpose: to counteract abusive government and
unjust lawsuits.

So what is your solution. I'm not trying to start an argument
here. I just want to hear your solution and others. I am not
closed minded on this subject, but currently am of the belief
that
withdrawing will be more disastrous for the US and Iraq than
continuing to try and create a democracy. Although I don't
believe
you can simply export democracy, I do see some signs that some
Iraqi's are trying to establish a sound democracy in the Middle
East.
