Russia does represent a "credible" threat. Russia does not represent an "actual" or "imminent" threat. To say that Russia can not do any meaningful harm if they attack us is pretty naive, don't you think? I mean, what was the "Cold War" about anyway (mutual assured destruction and all that)? (I was not a "cold warrior" by the way!) China is not saying they are going to attack us either, but we had better make sure that there is at least one gun in every home in the United State just in case; while the threat from China is not "imminent", it is certainly credible. ------------------------ Yahoo!
