Ps. Mark, to continue with the post before, I want to add one thing.

No, it is not government welfair. Welfair is not a legal requirement. This
subsidy is a binding agreement between two nations. It is law. The money, as
little as it may be, is compensation for giving up tribal lands and
ancestrial ways of survival. Mutual agreement was signed into law.

Welfair is charity.
