I'm not against the federal government running a Postal service and 
it being owned by the federal government as long as it does not hold 
a monoply or use taxes to fund the service. Before Lysader Sponner 
and others started to outcompete against the USPS compention was 
allowed. Sponner never did recover financially after his postal 
delevery service was outlawed, he died a poor man.--- In
