Questions:

So I guess that windows is a 'pre-emptive multitasking' system and give each
program an equal part of the CPU-Usage?
Is the multitasking different between win2000 and win98?

And if one programm is more CPU-intensive it's a sort of 'victim' of another
program?
(sorry for my 'CNN'english)
