I guess I'm a victim of too many years of "we're z/OS, we make the big
bucks, you have to cope with our decision" to think it likely that z/OS
will change before the others do. The TCPNJE requirement for JES has
been active for at least 2-3 years, and we still don't have it.

I also really hesitate to ask IBM to put any more dependency on USS. It
really isn't something productive to work with, and I don't think it
*can* catch up. TCPNJE support in JES would fix most of the things that
are broken with NJE, and once that happens, then the HUJI-NJE code can
take it from there.
