The problem NEVER was installation, I was writing for the Mac...drag it 
onto your hard disk and run it, everything else the program took care of 
itself. The support tended to be either musicians that had never used a 
computer and were looking for midi setup help or people that were really 
pushing the edges of the 

Perhaps if you only get one request a month, very few people were 
interested in your software!
