Sure it is. It is included in every copy of APRSdos as a set of 20 or 30
text files, and available in html on the APRS virtual meeting

They aren't very organized or clear, but the information is there. I had
to do it this way for my java version, from your last post you clear
think you are a much better programmer than I, I'm sure you could do it.
