Anyway, if you can tell what modem it is, maybe it is possible toThe problem is that most of them are like that. The only exception I personally know are actcom. Even that comes at a price. Their quality comes at the expense of quantity. You often wait quite a while for them to pick up the line. At least it's a toll-free number (only one in Israel, as far as I know, to have a toll free support number).
connect it with Linux anyway (although I would suggest moving to
another company if you can).
This is not to say that my experience with them has been totally problem free. Just that they seem, on the face of it, better than most.
