I am using IBM UDMA66 13.5 GB 7200rpm
as far no problem with linux
and its very fast,
sad thing is I am not able to enable
DMA in linux or in windows 95/98/2k,
I tried through hdparm no help.
May be my MB or BIOS not able to recognise?
/compatible, even though I see UDMA 4 at the
time of booting. I have a pretty old system with
i233MMX with redfox MB, 430TX CS, Any
body has any solutions for my problem.
Or is there any way/possibility that to make linux directly
use UDMA66 capabilities without using BIOS?
