Does your motherboard have (atleast) a udma-33 controller onboard?
AFAIK udma-66 is a fairly recent phenomenon (1.5 year old max), and I
doubt if the 430TX supports udma-66. The only intel chipsets I know
support udma-66 are 810/810E/820/840 etc.
