Below is my DNS db

alpha is a unix server running my mail server
beta is another mail server now not in use
alpha is also my DNS server /webserver and proxy server
For testing i want to add DELTA as my linux box with exim mail server i have
added DELTA in the db as below
But I am not able to figure out as how should i prioritize it .
0 ,10, etc
my query is .
i> alpha is a running mail server can i add DELTA without stopping alpha
(Netscape MTA).
ii> how do i specify my MX record so that my mails to ecom.com get diverted
to DELTA.ecom.com .fron the existing alpha.ecom.com
iii>will i have to remove my MX entry for alpha or keeping it and giving
certain numbets 0,10 etc would serve the purpose..
iv> I want to test DELTA without disturbing the existing setup (else i shall
be hanged to death ....so i want to do minimum changes to my existing
setup )I am not transferring my users onto DELTA.That would be the second
stage ...
Please guide my ecom.com.db is added along with for your reference ....
