correct. I'd suggest setting priorities as 10, 20, 30 etc instead of 0
preference anywhere

then buddy - the dns change has to propogate - which takes some hours / days
for all hosts to get - and then has to propogate back when you revert the
setup ...
Test on your lan, migrate users on your lan, and then cutover instantly - put
delta on the same ip as alpha is, kick alpha out.
