Suresh i have certain doubts

around 450 local users and in all around 4000 users ..so its not a gonna be

delta on the same ip as alpha is, kick alpha out.
that's what i have to do but suresh my alpha is a sun solaris box .running
the co's webserver /proxy server ..
If i want to kick out alpha and use its ip for my mail server all together
i have to move my proxy as well as web server to linux platform ...Which
definitely is on the agenda but for now my main concern is the mail server
..which has been blacklisted .Any thing BETTER you can think of do suggest
me ?.
I want to set up a spam proof mail server thats all .
Does it really take long enough for dns to propogate .
I can do this experiment on comming friday (as friday /sat /sun )are
Holidays days for my co.
