Mr Goel, Yes I can imagine the volume, as here in Intel our applications are doing more than 60 Lakhs transactions from each location and we have 18 such locations worldwide. Yes, but technology here is not web based, it is application based and not on Unix on SunOS and VMS.
Here we handle the file sizes of around 2000 GB (Yes single file of that much size, that is the power of VMS) which is not possible in normal HDD, so tape drives are used. But I will certainly say that you are under the wrong impression that web based things are slow.
