You can download from ftp.kde.org

Go first to www.kde.org. There you can find another 20 mirrors and
install instructions.

The files you need are .tgz type. The .rpm files are for Redhat and the
.deb files for Debian.

There is a RPM tool for Slackware at ftp.rpm.org/pub/rpm/dist/latest
