WindowMaker

1. Easy to configure, both the dock and the menu
2. Looks good
3. Quite intuitive user interface, adding desktops etc.
4. Quite stable - however may have compile problems with RH 5.2 I think.

I also tried AfterStep BlackBox and FVWM2

BlackBox gives you an empty screen (almost)
AfterStep looks like WindowMaker, but I prefer WindowMaker's looks
FVWM2 is the old standard, kinda ugly and a bit of a bear to configure.
