Let's put this to bed and agree to disagree.

My last two points on this subject are...

1 - I will not Cc anyone on this list unless specifically asked to by
the original author.

2 - I don't want anyone to Cc me unless I specifically ask to be
Cc'd.  Any such mails will go to /dev/null, go directly to /dev/null,
do not pass Go, do not collect $200.
