So don't forget to put your temporary files directory on ramdisk! RAM is much cheaper too. Some time in the next couple of years, commercial MRAM will come out, and there will be little difference between RAM and FLASH. A year or so later, it'll cost roughly the same as RAM. Then all us embedded programmers can stop worrying about what happens when the power goes off :) Vik :v)
