Personally I think only an idiot (a telco lawyer for example) would
consider honest feedback on this list as slander...
I've seen Telecom do all sorts of silly things over the years, I don't
think they're going to take it personally.
It's complex technology. The geeks that are working for Telecom aren't
perfect either :) Just keep me away from the account managers ;)
