Checking logs, I notice there are customers whose ADSLs routinely resync
at the same time of the night.
One guy is 04:27 +- 1 minute
Another one was 20:03 +- 2 minutes.  When daylight savings changed, this
one went to 21:03 until the other day when DST would have started, when
it went back to 20:03.  So whatever caused it updated for old-school DST
times.

Remember that field work is done by Chorus, or is contracted out to
Downers or Transfield.
Those guys in the vans have no idea who the end ISP is, so they can't
give non-telecom customers bad quality pairs on purpose.

That's just under 50 Mbit down and 10 Mbit up.
