Something like this:

   Section "InputDevice"
       Identifier "stylus"
       Driver "wacom"
       Option "Type" "stylus"
       Option "USB" "on"
       Option "Device" "/dev/input/wacom"
       Option "KeepShape" "on"
       Option "Twinview" "horizontal"
       Option "TVResolution" "1920x1200,1024x768"
   EndSection

This setup is right. You should be able to move to the right screen when you
move to the right edge of your left screen. The other way apllies to move
to left screen when you are on right screen. I have never tried this with
KeepShape option though. If you can not switch screens, comment out
KeepShape to see what happens. Please let us know your result. If
KeepShape causes issue, file a request so we can enhance it when we have
time.

  Section "InputDevice"
       Identifier "pad"
       Driver "wacom"
       Option "Device" "/dev/input/wacom"
       Option "Type" "pad"
       Option "USB" "on"
       Option "Button11" "modetoggle"
   EndSection

This won't help you since the mode change only applies to the device you
specified for, which is pad. If you want to switch stylus' mode, you'll
have to add an option in stylus' InputDevice section.

I would then switch the stylus to relative mode, move to the other screen,
and
then switch back to absolute mode. If there is a possibility to move
directly
between the screens with the Twinview option only, as the above text
implies,
it would be even better. Or insn't "Twinview" intended for the stylus?

Twinview can be used for all devices. See my comments above for switching
screens.

We don't support switch screen on-the-fly

I will do that, if it's not possible with the current options.
