How did you install 0.7.6-3? Copy from prebuilt dir or build it on your
system? You need to use the xsetwacom from the same package to make it work
properly.

0.7.6-3 is already installed. Xorg Version is 7.1.0-7. Like Thomas Kear
suggested, i added a mouse to the configuration and even plugged one in,
but it has not solved the problem.
