If they are based in Dallas. don't! They took my money and never gave me an ip or any admin info. The company I work for had a bad experience with them also. screwed up our email. we don't do business with them. I also tried to get my money back since, in my opinion, they never hosted my site and they didn't give it back.
This was almost two years ago and maybe things have changed.
