A buddy of mine just moved off of them... they shut down his account 
three times with "abuse" as the reason. That one word explanation was he 
could get out of them, and they never notified him of any problems. He 
was also having regular (but not frequent) outages to the facility 
itself without notification.

All in all, I'd say look elsewhere. I've heard good things about The 
Planet lately.
