I used them for a couple years and the only issues I had
with them was they shut down my server because my SQL server was not updated.
They did not notify me of this, one of my customers called to complain
that their site was down. When I called them, they told me what happened, and I
had to come onsite to update it. Other than that I had good experiences with
them. Oh, I still never got my free DVD player for paying one year in advance.
