If you login to Orbit you will see the outage description, it was a power
failure basically.

Your SLA (Service Level Agreement) gives you 99.99 or whatever gaurantee of
uptime. For my colocated servers this means if I'm down (and it's their
fault) for more than 40 mins in a month, I get credited accordingly on my
bill.
