I'm just glad I left when they had the last major outage. SLA credit is, you will get 0.005% back of your monthly hosting if they are down for say 4 hours out of about 720 hours per month. You fill out a lot of paperwork and get clients calling angrily and get like $20 credit for that month hosting!
Also, watch this, because even after they say you get the credit, they sometimes forget to tell accounting and you never actually get it. My current providers turns off the main power once a month to verify backup systems are working properly, like all major ISP's should.
