Ahh... Pakistan is a borderline case isn't it? Like I said way way
back, I am not fully convinced of my own hypothesis yet. If my

nukes and functional enough to train a professional army, will _NEVER_
go full monty against India, as long as they maintain their tech level
and pro army.
Well, I guess what you call the nuts, let's coin the phrase (from your
earlier post) the hole-folks. If the "hole-folks" takes control in
Pakistan, than PK will officially slide backward out of the high
tech/pro army category, so ok all bets are off.
Likewise Iran, if they are smart enough to make their own nukes, then
they will become unable to participate in classical wars against a
even-match (e.g. against Iraq and Israel).
Even more difficult is North Korea, I don't know how much home-grown
expertise went into their nuke. If it's self-developed not
imported/stolen, then I have to believe that they will also never get
into a full frontal against Seoul or Tokyo.
Yes yes I have difficulty with that one too.
But I am not saying Pakistan will stop messing with India, NK will
stop threatening KR/JP. I am saying the format of the conflict will
not be WW2-style classical war. There are many data points in the 62
years period 1945-2007 already...
