There's a project I have in mind that might help with this. 

Basically, I want to have something like dmoz.org hooked up to
hypertext documents, rather than just links, with the same group
editing features for documents that dmoz provides for just links.

The working specification is at

Next, I was going to prototype some screen shots, and maybe try to open
a project up at sourceforge.net 

Thoughts? Comments? Criticisms? Better name for the project?
