This might be a bit much to put on one person's door-step.
Why not post some "help wanted" notices on the site, and take
applications for a few days.
Possible roles might be Script Librarian, Mailing List Moderator, HTML
Developer, CGI Developer, Site Administrator.
+ Script Librarian - Test-approve-remove-recommend scripts.
+ Mailing List Moderator - Maintain list FAQ, guidelines, policies,
tone.
+ HTML Developer - Design and maintain HTML pages, links, content.
+ CGI Developer - Design and maintain scripts used by site.
+ Site Administrator - Vision, general oversight, dispute resolution.
Personally, I'd probably be least qualified for CGI Developer. but
would be happy to apply for any other role.
