My motor is 13HP continuous.....I did not want to worry about
overheating it duirng the summer in Phoenix and I wanted it to be
quick with the fixed ratio drive and I don't need any spacers for
mounting it in my chasis........crusing amps are relatively low with a
.8kWh/mile average draw on my commute......I did a data capture and
will have to look it up on another laptop to find the exact value but
I think it is in the 50A range. I did not changed the gear ratio when
I reduce the pack voltage to 72 from 96 due to wieght and space
considerations and I could still meet my range requirements so now my
top end is about 52 MPH.
