I do have a test curve for the motor. It says it's 2.5 HP, FL (full 
load?) torque = 67.8 oz-ft @ 2700 rpm @ 60A. At 300A it has 400 oz-ft of 
torque.

It's a series motor with a long shunt winding that I think is there to 
limit speed.
