I'm using a no-name charger with a battEQ and have noticed a couple
times recently where one or more batteries goes above 15v as well. But
the last two times the bike charged the voltage stayed more reasonable.
What you found (on V) about the soneil chargers is puzzling ... but
there are some other brands out there. One of them starts with a
'V'..;-) The Lectra is pretty small and it's clear a bank charger setup
would require taking the chargers out of their box and installing them
in a joint box. Even so that might not fit on the Lectra. But I was
looking at some saddlebag's the other day which could work to hold the
chargers.
