The charger you found is better than the WM version for mounting on the bike.

Ya dont really want the metal chassis, just get a box and mount them in a 2x2
configuration and put a cooling fan on them. I only charged at the 2 or 15 amp
rate and really watched it because i didnt really have anything that worked
well or was small enough for the bike.
This is really a primative setup. I suppose with a good charge controller or
BMC, it would be much better. But as always if your going to use chargers only,
keep a close eye on your batteries.
