Ok, I was transparent and shared that The Lightning Thief wasn't my cup of tea. Your responses have had me chuckling all afternoon. You are perfect teachers! The opportunity to share a good book absolutely CAN NOT be passed by! I don't know two, but in my mind's eye, you look just like the best teachers I know! I'll bet you have students coming back to your classrooms to tell you about the impact you had on their lives. This listserve represents some wonderful talent out there!
