Jan and I use St Brendan's Isle (411 Walnut St, Green Cove Springs FL) for
our offical address and had no trouble registrating as voters in Green Cove.

We also have our car and boat titles, registration, drivers licenses, etc
there with no problem.

I did have a problem with our Verison cell phone start-up, but were advised
by the clerk to use a shoreside address at first, then change it as the
computer kept rejecting it when he tried to start up with it. That worked
fine.
