You can purchase MREs by the case at surplus stores. However, a meal
contains as much as 1430 calories! Therefore, you can divide them up and

Hormel sells "Complete" meals in sealed plastic containers. They require no
refrigeration and taste great. They are designed to be heated in a microwave
for 90 seconds, but are already fully-cooked. However, they are not complete
meals and require fruit and vegetable supplementation.
