Particularly because *many* marinas have grounding problems. One that
both Norm and I are quite familiar with had a problem for several years; 
whenever I asked the staff about it, the answer was always a shrug and a
"well, the city will get to it at some point..." I have to wonder how
many boat's zincs it cooked off during that time.
