Hello All,

Their are plenty of transcriptions and scan of actual communications for WW2.
For those who are interested in determining the facts instead of information
tainted by personal history, nationalistic BS, etc. it's easy to find.
In fact, much of it is more interesting than the generally incorrect "common
knowledge" that people "know"
Comparing the official WW2 communications from both sides, to personal
accounts, has caused me to shift my understanding of what really went on and
why.

For example:
Here's one of a few websites that is compiling actual documents and photos from
the U-boat era (both official and personal).
(There are other websites (and printed books) in the various languages involved)

This specific link is to their documents about U-505.

http://www.uboatarchive.net/U-505.htm

Bottom of that page has links to their other docs, including those of the
Laconia Incident.

Enjoy,
Roy
