I have found a great, inexpensive (relatively anyway) source for
enclosures of this nature in the plastic electrical box style at the
local home depot/lowes style stores. The ones that have no piercings,
you have to make any holes you need. They are $5 - $10 each,
waterproof, (until you start poking holes in them) and are rather
sturdy. Not to mention, corrosion resistant. At least wrt saltwater.

The ones in question are the "zero gang" electrical boxes. (cause they
have zero ports or knockouts.)

dunno if that helps, but they work out well for me.
