SCHENGEN TREATY AND LIMIT OF 90 out of 180 days in territory:

Sue and I want to spend the summer going thru the Med, but think we can
find somewhere in the Med at the end of the time - 6 mos after we enter
Greece, to pop out and either resett our Schengen clock for 3 months or
will just chance it. We have friends that came from a summer in Holland,
France, and Portugal, now in Canaries ... we asked what they did, and they
said no one has enforced it wherever they have been. They are in Canaries
waiting for December to cross to US.

We think North Africa may be our best shot - certainly not Libya or Egypt
however. But maybe see if we can find Rick's Cafe. <very big grin> Will
also check out Malta, and Gibralter to see if they are Schengen. The US
Dept of State has a good web site section on Schengen, and I need to review
that too.
