Hi there, it’s Peter here again. What a busy day! And it’s been a busy day for
the Tory Leader, David Cameron, as well. As I said on the news this lunchtime,
David has been working as a teaching assistant at a school in Hull today. A bit
of a change in career for him! And that wasn't the end of the story. He then
came under the national spotlight when the Conservatives announced a brand new
education policy. The party is quitting its commitment to new Grammar schools,
in favour of City Academies as promoted by Tony Blair. And tonight on the
programme we’ll have an exclusive chat with David Cameron and also with the
Gainsborough MP, Edward Leigh, who claims his views have broken the traditional
core Tory values. It’s a heated chat with both David Cameron and the MP Edward
Leigh, so tune in tonight at half past six to see that.

But if you can’t wait and want to watch a longer version of the interview now,
then take a look at our website. The interview is posted on there now, so take
a look. It’s www.bbc.co.uk/looknorthhull.

Join me tonight at half past six as usual. And we’ll be wanting your views on
this subject of City Academies and education. So watch tonight and get ready to
email in!

Take care

Peter
